Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures for returning and refunding manpower services
provided by Shree Heenkari Labour and Manpower Supplier (OPC) Private Limited.
This policy applies to all clients who have engaged our manpower services.
Return Conditions
A client may request to return a deployed personnel and/or terminate the service contract under the
following conditions:
- Non-performance: The deployed personnel fails to perform the assigned tasks to the
client's satisfaction.
- Misrepresentation: The deployed personnel's skills or qualifications were
misrepresented by Shree Heenkari Labour and Manpower Supplier (OPC) Private Limited.
- Unsatisfactory behavior: The deployed personnel exhibits unsatisfactory behavior,
including but not limited to, tardiness, absenteeism, or unprofessional conduct.
Return Procedure
To initiate the return process, the client must:
- Notify Shree Heenkari Labour and Manpower Supplier (OPC) Private Limited in writing
within 3 days of the issue.
- Provide detailed reasons for the return.
- Allow our company to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
If the return is approved, we shall provide a refund or replacement personnel as follows:
- Refund: A refund of the pro-rata amount of the remaining contract period.
- Replacement personnel: Deployment of replacement personnel with similar skills and
qualifications.
Exceptions
- Termination for convenience: If the client terminates the contract for convenience,
a termination fee may be charged.
- Client breach: If the client breaches the contract, no refund will be issued, and
the contract may be terminated.
Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
West Bengal, India.
